This year's tree decor...a little different from last year

So far, this year's tree is my favorite of the 11 years of decorating our Christmas Tree. I told DH I've always wanted my tree to look like what I see in the stores...beautiful. Last year I felt like I was very close, but this year, I feel like maybe I've "arrived". Anyways...I love getting it set up and enjoy it throughout the holiday season.

Beautiful. I have always been a fan of the mismatch ornaments since that's what I grew up with but your tree makes me want to do a theme.

Will Megan have a special ornament on the tree?
No, Megan won't have an ornament. I'm just not really into special ornaments, but began looking for a special one for Ian a few years ago. When I found this one in Canton, I knew it was the one (and it was 1/2 off, even better!).
I love it! You and I are so much alike! I always want the trees in the stores too. We can't put ours up until we move next week so I'm getting really anxious. Hopefully it will look half as good as yours! Let's do lunch again soon!
